About
An aggressive, tech‑led swing strategy. It rides uptrends with 3× tech/S&P funds, buys sharp dips, and hedges sudden spikes by switching to VXX. When risk is high, it moves to T‑bills or Treasuries. K‑1 tax forms avoided.
It shifts 100% into one fund at a time based on simple signals: RSI (a 0–100 “hot/cold” speedometer), quick price spikes/drops, trend, and volatility (VIX). If markets get overheated, it hedges with VXX. After sharp drops or oversold, it buys the dip (mainly TECL=3× tech, sometimes SOXL). In calm uptrends, it rides TECL/SPXL. If risk rises, it parks in BIL (T‑bills) or uses TMF/TMV (Treasuries).
Out-of-sample return ~51%/yr vs SPY ~21%, with better risk-adjusted metrics (Sharpe ~1.05, Calmar ~1.10) and beta ~0.60. Expect larger drawdowns (~46% vs ~19%), but hedges and dip-buys aim to protect and profit from tech rallies.
