A high-risk, rules-based strategy that usually chases Nasdaq gains with TQQQ, but repeatedly checks for overheating, sharp drops, and fear in the market so it can move into cash, bonds, volatility funds, or even a Nasdaq short fund.

This strategy mainly tries to profit from big moves in the Nasdaq through TQQQ, a fund that aims to move about 3 times as much as the Nasdaq-100 each day. It first asks: is the market healthy, or stressed? If stocks look strong, it leans into TQQQ or plain stock index funds like QQQ and SPY. If the market looks overheated, falling, or unusually volatile, it shifts part or all of the money into safer places like very short-term Treasury bills (BIL), bonds, or volatility funds like VXX. In weaker markets, it may even use PSQ, which rises when the Nasdaq falls.

Outperforms the S&P with significantly higher upside: ~45%/yr out-of-sample returns, Sharpe ~1.05, Calmar ~1.14. It combines leveraged Nasdaq exposure with disciplined hedges, providing active risk management without sacrificing growth.
