Rules-based, tech-heavy, leveraged trend follower. Buys TQQQ/TECL/SOXL in strong, calm uptrends; shifts to bonds or volatility hedges and can use inverse funds (SQQQ/SOXS) when markets overheat or break. Uses RSI and moving averages to toggle risk.

Two rule sets run side by side. Both try to ride big uptrends in tech using 3x funds tied to the Nasdaq‑100 (TQQQ), tech (TECL) and semis (SOXL). They watch: RSI (a 0–100 hot/cold score), trend lines (20/200‑day averages) and fear gauges (VXX/UVXY; SVXY = calm). If overheated or fear jumps, they park in short‑term Treasuries (BSV/SHY/BIL) or a hedge (VXX), and can flip to 3x short funds (SQQQ/SOXS). When trends are healthy and calm, they hold the 3x bulls.
