This strategy mainly tries to own turbocharged tech funds like TQQQ, TECL, and SOXL when the market looks healthy. It constantly checks for signs that stocks are too overheated or too panicky using recent price-move gauges. If risk looks high, it shifts into safer bond funds, a volatility fund (VXX), or bearish funds that rise when tech falls, like SQQQ or SOXS.

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers.
