Each day, the strategy checks whether the U.S. stock market looks unusually beaten down or unusually overheated over the last 10 days. If tech stocks look heavily sold off, it buys TQQQ, a fund that tries to magnify Nasdaq gains 3x. If not, but the broader S&P 500 looks heavily sold off, it buys UPRO, which tries to magnify S&P 500 gains 3x. If instead the market looks too hot, it buys UVXY, a very aggressive fund that tends to rise when market fear jumps. If neither extreme is happening, it shifts to more defensive holdings: consumer staples, healthcare, and bonds, leaning toward whichever of those has been weaker recently.
