About

An active, rules-based strategy that buys dips in high‑beta tech, hedges or shorts when markets look too hot, and shifts to safe assets when trends weaken. Uses a simple “hot/cold” signal, a 200‑day trend filter, and volatility ETFs; rebalances daily.
NutHow it works
Daily, rules-based. It uses a short-term “hot/cold” gauge (RSI) and a long-term trend check (200‑day average). If markets look overheated, it hedges with “fear” ETFs (UVXY) or shorts tech. If they’re washed‑out, it buys 3× tech/semis (TQQQ, SOXL). If trend is weak, it parks in a Safe‑Haven mix (gold, staples, managed futures, T‑bills). It also tilts tech vs utilities and uses KMLM (managed futures) as a brake on chip trades.
CheckmarkValue prop
Risk-controlled, rules-based strategy to diversify and dampen market beta vs the S&P 500. Uses hedges (volatility, gold, managed futures) and a 200-day trend filter to cushion drawdowns in volatile markets.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
