A weekly, dollar‑aware momentum sleeve. It rotates among 2x gold, 3x S&P 500, MicroStrategy (a crypto‑sensitive stock), or -3x long Treasuries based on USD and tech strength, while always keeping 20% in 2x euro and 2x yen. High risk due to leverage.

Each week this sleeve splits 80/20. 80% rotates using a simple momentum score (RSI: a 0–100 read of recent buying). If USD (UUP) is firm: if T‑bills (BIL) are hot, buy 2x gold (UGL); else buy 3x S&P 500 (SPXL). If USD is weak: if Nasdaq (QQQ) is strong, buy MicroStrategy (MSTR); else short long‑Treasuries (TMV). 20% always holds 2x euro (ULE) and 2x yen (YCL). Uses leveraged ETFs; high risk.
