About

A daily, rules‑based plan: buy sharp dips in tech/semis, hedge overheated rallies with volatility or inverse funds, and shift to bonds/defensive assets when trends weaken—stabilized by a steady sector mix.
NutHow it works
Two sleeves: - Tactical (~2/3): Each day it checks trend (S&P vs 200‑day), a “hot/cold meter” (RSI), and short‑term moves. When prices look stretched up, it hedges (volatility or inverse funds). When washed out, it buys 3× tech/semis. Bonds help decide TMF (rates down) vs TMV (rates up). - Ballast (~1/3): A calmer mix of health care, tech, staples, gold, and US dollar, sized by recent volatility. If the S&P breaks trend, it shifts more defensive.
CheckmarkValue prop
Targets ~20% annualized returns vs ~19.3% for the S&P, driven by tactical tech/semis bets, volatility hedges, and bond signals. Seeks higher upside in bull markets with risk controls in turbulence—though it carries larger drawdowns than SPY.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
