Every day the strategy asks: Are stocks red‑hot, normal, or washed‑out? - Very hot (prices sprinting): trim risk or add “fear” hedges (funds that jump when markets panic). - Very weak (panic): buy strong, fast movers (often tech/semis) for rebounds. - In between: follow the trend. If the S&P 500 is above its long‑term average, hold leaders; if not, lean defensive (health care, staples, gold, cash, USD). A separate 32% sleeve stays diversified in steadier sectors and gold/USD to soften swings.
