About

Aggressive, daily-tactical strategy that buys leveraged tech in uptrends or on dips, hedges with VIX funds after hot spikes, and uses bond signals to flip to gold/Treasuries—or occasionally inverse Nasdaq. High risk; large swings possible.
NutHow it works
It’s a daily on/off switch. It measures how “hot” or “cold” prices are (RSI: 0–100; high=stretched up, low=stretched down) and trend (20- & 200-day averages). When trend is up or after dips, it buys leveraged tech (TQQQ/TECL). When markets look too hot or surge in a day, it hedges with volatility funds (UVXY/VIXY). If trend/bonds warn, it moves to gold (IAU/GLD), Treasuries (SHY), or, rarely, inverse QQQ (PSQ/SQQQ). Very aggressive and risky.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample, this strategy targets tech-led upside with levered bets and timely hedges, delivering ~50% annualized returns vs ~18% for the S&P—though with larger drawdowns; risk managed by VIX hedges and bond/gold rotations.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
