A high-risk switching strategy that uses JEPI for income, but jumps into aggressive tech bets or market-fear trades when big tech looks extremely weak or overheated.

This strategy mostly parks money in JEPI, an income-focused stock fund, or in BIL, a cash-like Treasury-bill fund. But when big tech looks unusually beaten down, it buys TECL, a very aggressive fund that magnifies tech gains and losses. When tech looks overheated or fear spikes, it shifts into TECS or UVIX, which benefit from falling tech or rising market panic. It makes these decisions using RSI, a simple “too hot / too cold” meter based on recent price moves.
