This is a “spread your money around” portfolio. Every 3 months, it resets to: 60% stocks, 25% bonds, and 15% diversifiers. Stocks: mostly the U.S. (VTI) plus overseas markets (VXUS). Bonds: U.S. bonds (AGG), international bonds (IAGG), and inflation-protected bonds (TIP). Diversifiers: gold (GLD), commodities like oil/crops/metals (PDBC), mortgage real estate (REM), and private-equity firms (BX, KKR, CG).
