A fast, rules-based strategy that rides tech/semis in good markets, hedges or goes to Treasuries/cash when signals flash risk, and uses short-term “too hot/too cold” and trend checks to flip quickly. Includes managed futures (KMLM), China, and Bitcoin side-modules.
NutHow it works
It’s a risk-on/risk-off switcher. First it checks the backdrop (are stocks and bonds in uptrends? is volatility/commodities calm?). If conditions are good, it rides leaders like leveraged tech/semis (TQQQ, TECL, SOXL). If things look hot or shaky, it flips to hedges (inverse tech, VIX funds) or safe bonds/cash. RSI = a 0–100 “too hot/too cold” gauge. KMLM = a managed‑futures trend fund used as a diversifier. Sectors: heavy tech/semis; sometimes energy; Treasuries; EM/China; occasional Bitcoin.

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
