This strategy constantly asks: are markets panicky, overheated, or calm? If tech or the market has fallen hard, it often buys aggressive funds tied to tech, semiconductors, or the S&P 500. If markets look too hot or fear is spiking, it can flip into bearish funds or volatility bets. When things are less extreme, it rotates among stocks, defensive sectors, Treasury-bond trades, or cash-like T-bills based on which parts of the market are acting strongest.
