This strategy is a rules-based trader that mainly watches the US stock market, tech stocks, chip stocks, and Treasury bonds. It tries to buy sharp dips, sometimes bet against overheated rallies, and otherwise rotate into leveraged stock, bond, or defensive sector funds based on which parts of the market look stronger. If nothing looks attractive, it can park money in a cash-like T-bill fund.
