This strategy mostly sits in short-term Treasury bills (BIL) and only buys its stock funds after sharp pullbacks. It watches a simple “speed of recent price moves” measure (RSI): low readings mean prices fell fast, so it buys more; very high readings mean prices rose too fast, so it may move to UVXY, a panic/volatility trade. Main bets are leveraged tech, S&P 500, and semiconductor funds.
