About

Buys sharp weekly dips in big tech (QQQ) and semiconductors (SOXX) using 3× ETFs (TQQQ/SOXL). If there’s no clean dip or a rebound looks too hot, it parks in short‑term Treasuries. Adds hedges in downtrends. Very aggressive; leveraged ETFs can swing wildly.
NutHow it works
1) Check if the market (SPY) is in an uptrend using a 200‑day average. 2) If yes, watch QQQ and SOXX for ~1‑week drops of ~4–5%. On a dip, buy their 3× funds (TQQQ/SOXL). 3) If there’s no clear dip or prices look overheated (RSI: 0–100 heat; near 80 = too hot), park in short‑term Treasuries (BSV/SHY). 4) In selloffs, pivot to hedges (gold, USD, long bonds) or briefly use volatility/short ETFs.
CheckmarkValue prop
Explosive dip-buy in tech/semis via 3x ETFs. Out‑of‑sample annualized return ~80% vs SPY ~27%, Calmar ~2.76. Higher volatility and drawdowns (~29% vs ~5%), but hedges help protect during downturns.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
