1) Check if the S&P 500 (SPY) is above its 200‑day average (uptrend). If yes, hold mostly TQQQ (3x Nasdaq‑100) with some BIB (2x biotech); if the market looks overheated (high 10‑day RSI), add VXX (VIX futures) as a hedge. 2) If SPY is below that average, buy sharp dips in tech/biotech (TECL 3x tech, TQQQ, or BIB). If weakness persists (QQQ below its 20‑day), shift defensive to SQQQ (3x inverse Nasdaq) and/or GLD (gold). Weights are equal; repeats mean bigger weight.
