About

A rules-based, tactical plan that rotates among TQQQ, KWEB, SQQQ, TMF, UPRO, and VXX. It uses a long-term trend line and a short-term “heat” gauge (RSI) to lean risk-on, hedge if overheated, or go defensive. High risk due to leverage and volatility.
NutHow it works
It follows two simple ideas: trend and “heat.” Trend: compare today’s S&P 500 price to its 200‑day average (a basic long‑term line). Heat: RSI, a 0–100 gauge of how fast prices just moved—high=hot, low=cold. - Uptrend: if too hot, hold VXX (fear gauge). Otherwise split TQQQ (3x Nasdaq) + KWEB (China internet). - Downtrend: try rebounds (UPRO+KWEB). If not, own the stronger of SQQQ (3x short Nasdaq) or TMF (3x Treasuries), or mix KWEB with SQQQ/TQQQ.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample tests show stronger risk-adjusted returns and milder drawdowns versus the S&P 500, thanks to rule-based rotations among leveraged growth, China exposure, and hedges triggered by trend and RSI heat signals.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
