About

A daily, tactical strategy trading the U.S. dollar, gold (and gold miners), and bitcoin. It reads short‑term “heat” in gold and a bond-based risk-on/risk-off dashboard to flip between long/short bundles. Uses some leveraged/inverse ETFs.
NutHow it works
Three parts: 1) Gold trader: If gold looks too hot, it bets against gold/miners; if too cold, it buys them. If neither, it leans using the U.S. dollar’s trend and sometimes mixes in bitcoin. 2) USD+Gold and 3) USD+Bitcoin: A bond risk-on/risk-off dashboard picks bundles: long USD with gold (or short BTC) when safety leads; short USD with gold (or long BTC) when risk leads. Rebalances daily; uses some 2x/inverse ETFs.
CheckmarkValue prop
Diversified cross-asset strategy (USD, gold, BTC) with low S&P beta and solid risk control. Out-of-sample: Calmar 2.21, 11.11% annualized return, max drawdown ~5%. Provides non-correlated exposure to complement a stock-heavy portfolio.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
