About

Daily, Dow‑centric tactics: reads inflation trend, bond‑vs‑tech strength, and the Dow’s momentum/trend to rotate among leveraged long/short Dow, Treasuries, gold, or plain Dow—aiming for offense at extremes and defense otherwise.
NutHow it works
Daily, it checks if inflation expectations (RINF) are trending up (price above its 200‑day average). It then compares bonds vs tech strength (BND vs QQQ using RSI, a 0–100 “hot/cold” gauge). Using the Dow’s RSI and 200‑day trend, it picks: 3× long or 3× short Dow (UDOW/SDOW) in extremes; otherwise DIA, TMF, or a 50/50 hedge in DOG + GLD.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample edge: ~41% annualized return vs ~17.6% for S&P, Sharpe ~1.22 vs ~1.02, Calmar ~1.57. Inflation-aware, Dow-centric tactical rotation targets bigger upside with disciplined risk control.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
