About

Bitcoin-led switch. If Bitcoin trends up, own SPY or DIA (whichever has been more volatile). If Bitcoin isn’t trending up: short the market via DOG or SH when the S&P 500 is in an uptrend; otherwise sit in BIL (cash-like T-bills). Rebalanced daily.
NutHow it works
Daily check. 1) Bitcoin proxy (GBTC): if its 50-day average price is above its 200-day (uptrend), buy SPY (S&P 500) or DIA (Dow) - whichever has moved around more over ~200 days. 2) Else, if the S&P 500 trend is up (15-day > 250-day), hold DOG (short Dow) or SH (short S&P) with the stronger recent rise. 3) Otherwise hold BIL (T-bills).
CheckmarkValue prop
Bitcoin-signal regime strategy times US equities and hedges via inverses, offering diversification and risk control. OOS: ~15.7% annual return, ~18.8% max drawdown, Sharpe ~0.82, Calmar ~0.84—strong risk-adjusted edge vs the S&P 500.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
