This strategy constantly checks whether the market—especially tech and chip stocks—looks too hot, too weak, or in panic mode. It then jumps between aggressive bullish funds, bearish funds, volatility funds, and safer bond/dollar funds. Most of the time it focuses on semiconductors and Nasdaq stocks, buying sharp dips, fading extreme rallies, and using fear-related funds as protection.
