A high-risk daily timing strategy that swings between bullish semiconductors, bearish semiconductors, volatility funds, and T-bills based on short-term market strength signals.

This strategy checks the market every day and makes an aggressive short-term bet. If very short-term Treasury bills look stronger than regular bonds, it usually buys a 3x bullish semiconductor fund. If the broad U.S. stock market looks too overheated, it switches to a volatility fund that can rise when markets get shaky. If conditions worsen, it either bets against semiconductors with a 3x bearish fund or hides in Treasury bills.
