This strategy splits money across several mini-systems that constantly ask: Are stocks overheated, panicking, or calm? Are long-term U.S. bonds rising or falling? Based on that, it jumps between aggressive bets on tech, Treasury bonds, stock declines, or market volatility—and sometimes hides in very short-term government bonds. It uses simple market gauges like trend, recent gains/losses, and “overbought/oversold” readings to decide when to attack, hedge, or wait.
