It watches bonds and the Nasdaq using two gauges: trend (price vs moving average) and a hot/cold meter (RSI: >70–80 = overheated, <30 = washed‑out). • Bonds uptrend → own long‑bond funds (TLT/TMF); downtrend → inverse bond (TMV); extremes → T‑Bills (SHV) or BND. • Stocks overheated → buy volatility hedges (VIXY/UVXY). Oversold → buy tech (XLK/TECL/TQQQ). Calm → SVXY/VTI; weakness → short SPY/QQQ (SH/PSQ).
