Rules-based switch between offense and defense using Nasdaq trend and momentum vs Treasuries. Offense: TQQQ (+3x Nasdaq). Defense: 80% BIL (T‑bills) + 20% SQQQ (−3x Nasdaq). Uses moving averages and RSI to avoid buying into hot or weak markets.

1) Trend: is Nasdaq‑100 (QQQ) in an uptrend? We compare its 50‑day average price to its 200‑day; above = uptrend. 2) Momentum: compare 20‑day RSI (a 0–100 speed/overbought gauge) of Treasuries (IEF) to a Nasdaq proxy (PSQ = −1x QQQ if trend up; QLD = +2x QQQ if trend down). 3) If that Nasdaq proxy beats IEF, or the S&P 500 (SPY) is overheated on 7‑day RSI >69, go defensive: 80% BIL (T‑bills) + 20% SQQQ (−3x QQQ). Otherwise go offensive: TQQQ (+3x QQQ).
