About

A daily, risk-on/risk-off plan: buy 2x Nasdaq-100 after sharp drops, rotate to utilities when overheated, and otherwise follow S&P 500 trends—QQQ in strong uptrends, SPHD in weak ones, and T‑Bills in downtrends.
NutHow it works
RSI is a 0–100 gauge of recent price moves (below ~31 = washed‑out, above ~79 = overheated). A moving average is the average price over the past 30/200 days. Rules (daily): - If QQQ is overheated: hold XLU (utilities). - If QQQ is washed‑out: hold QLD (2x QQQ). - Else use SPY trends: • Above 200D and 30D: QQQ. • Above 200D but below 30D: XLU. • Below 200D but above 30D: SPHD (high‑div, low‑vol). • Below both: BIL (T‑Bills).
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample edge: 26.13% annualized return with Calmar 4.66 and disciplined risk management. In volatile markets, it aims for strong risk-adjusted growth versus the S&P by capturing tech upside (QQQ/QLD) and defending capital when needed.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
