Each day it checks if the U.S. Aerospace & Defense fund (ITA) is trending up (50‑day avg price > 200‑day). If yes, it splits money equally into 4 defense/aerospace stocks with the strongest recent rise (RSI = a 0–100 gauge of recent price strength; higher = stronger) like LMT, NOC, BA, RTX. If not, it puts 100% into one bond/defensive fund (BSV, TLT, LQD, XLP, XLV, XLU, SPAB, ANGL, VBF, UGE) with the lowest RSI. Rebalanced daily.
