About

A daily, rules‑based, multi‑asset strategy. In uptrends it rides tech (often with 3x funds) and buys deep dips; when prices overheat or trends turn, it moves to cash, bonds, defensives, or shorts, and can hedge with VIX products. High risk, very active.
NutHow it works
Daily rules pick where to park money. If the stock market trend is up, it leans into Nasdaq/tech (often with 3x funds) and buys dips when a 0–100 “heat meter” (RSI) says prices are washed‑out; if things get too hot (RSI > ~80), it shifts to T‑bills (BIL) or crash insurance (UVXY). If the trend weakens, it goes defensive: cash, staples, or short Nasdaq (PSQ/SQQQ). Separate sleeves trade bonds (long TMF or short TMV), oil/gas, gold/commodities, and the US dollar by trend. Volatility guards react to VIX spikes.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample evidence shows stronger risk-adjusted performance vs the S&P: Sharpe ~1.22, Calmar ~1.40, lower beta ~0.76, max drawdown 14.1% vs 18.8%, and near-competitive annualized return (~19.8% vs 20.2%).

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
