About
A daily, rules-based swing/rotation strategy with a volatility kill‑switch. It trades 3× S&P/Nasdaq/Semis at extremes, otherwise rotates among healthcare, long Treasuries, commodities, and the US dollar, with a calmer dividend/managed‑futures fallback.
Daily, rules-based.
1) Safety brake: if volatility (VIXM) is spiking (RSI>70), park in T‑Bills (BIL).
2) Three engines (S&P 500, Nasdaq, Semis):
- If their 3× ETF is very hot (RSI>80), hold UVXY as an airbag; if very cold (RSI<30), buy that 3× ETF.
- Otherwise: if bonds look healthy, hold TQQQ/UPRO/CURE; else rotate among CURE/TMF/DBC/USDU using ~6‑month trends, sized by recent volatility.
RSI = a 0–100 “speedometer” of recent gains/losses.
Out-of-sample edge: annualized return ~41% vs SPY ~21%; Sharpe ~1.53 vs ~1.33; drawdown ~17.6% vs ~18.8%; lower beta (~0.84) and stronger risk-adjusted growth. A smarter, more resilient way to beat the S&P.
