About

A daily, rules-based switch between high-octane tech funds and safety (T‑Bills, Treasuries, volatility or inverse ETFs), guided by long-term trend, short-term “heat,” recent swings, and bonds‑vs‑stocks strength. Very aggressive; uses triple‑leveraged funds.
NutHow it works
Daily it checks: trend (SPY vs 200‑day avg), short‑term heat (RSI 0–100), recent TQQQ swings, and whether bonds beat stocks. If trend is up and not overheated it holds amplified tech/stock funds; if weak or too hot it shifts to T‑Bills, Treasuries, or bearish/volatility hedges. Equal‑weighted, rebalanced daily. RSI=0–100 heat meter. 200‑day avg=trend. TQQQ 3x Nasdaq‑100; UPRO 3x S&P; SOXL/SOXS 3x semis; SQQQ short Nasdaq; BIL/SHV T‑Bills; TLT/IEF/TMF Treasuries; VIXY volatility.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample annualized return 23.1% vs SPY 20.5%; adaptive, tech-heavy exposure with hedges aims to outperform in bull markets. Higher upside, but expect larger swings and drawdowns (max ~73%).

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
