A daily, high-risk trading strategy that hunts for short-term reversals in China and biotech, and otherwise either bets on a volatility spike or hides in cash-like T-bills.
NutHow it works
This strategy splits money into two similar trading buckets: one watches big Chinese stocks, the other watches biotech stocks. If either market has moved a lot over the last week, it makes a short-term bet that the move may snap back or continue briefly using high-risk 3x bullish or bearish funds. If neither market is at an extreme, it checks whether U.S. stocks look unusually overheated using RSI, a 0-100 “temperature gauge” of recent buying strength. If things look too hot, it buys UVXY, which tends to rise when market fear jumps. Otherwise it sits in BIL, a cash-like Treasury fund.
