A monthly sector-rotation strategy that follows strong sectors when the market looks healthy, but switches to recently beaten-down sectors when the tech-heavy QQQ index looks weak.

Each month, the strategy first checks whether QQQ (a tech-heavy big-stock index) is above or below its 200-day trend line. If QQQ is weak, it buys the 3 sectors that were sold off the most recently. If QQQ is strong, it puts most money into the 1–3 sectors with the best returns over the last 200 days, giving the biggest weight to the #1 winner.

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers.
