A fast, rules‑based “pop” trader: hedge with UVXY when markets look overheated, buy 3× dip funds when oversold, and otherwise rotate based on whether tech beats managed‑futures—risk‑on (TECL/SOXL/SVIX) or defensive (SQQQ/TLT).

It watches a 10‑day “hot/cold” score (RSI). If many stock gauges look extremely hot (>~80), it buys UVXY (a fund that jumps when markets drop) to catch a volatility pop. If any area looks very cold (<~30), it buys that 3× “buy‑the‑dip” fund: TECL (tech), SOXL (semis), SPXL (S&P 500), or LABU (biotech). Otherwise it compares tech (XLK) vs KMLM (managed‑futures). If tech is stronger, it buys the two most beaten‑up of TECL, SOXL, SVIX (short‑vol). If not, it picks the stronger of SQQQ (short Nasdaq) or TLT (Treasuries).
