This strategy asks one question each day: is the broad U.S. stock market healthy? It checks whether SPY (a fund tracking the S&P 500) is above its 200-day average price, a common long-term trend line. If yes, it splits money evenly across 16 mostly smaller growth-oriented stocks picked by a CANSLIM-style stock screen. If no, it moves everything into BIL, a very short-term U.S. Treasury-bill fund that acts like a safer cash parking spot.
