Each day: If Bitcoin’s last ~2 weeks were strong, own the single strongest crypto play (Bitcoin ETFs, miners, or a 1.5× Coinbase fund). If not, put most money in a 3× emerging‑markets bull or bear ETF, picked by trend and a simple “hot/cold” score (RSI). A small slice rotates among leveraged tech/S&P (TQQQ, TECL, UPRO), volatility (VIXY), SPY, or T‑Bills (BIL) using overbought/oversold and 200‑day trend checks.
