About

A two-ETF momentum flip: hold 100% in Latin America (ILF) if it outperformed Europe over the last 30 days; otherwise hold 100% in Europe (IEUR). A ~5% band reduces small, frequent trades. Concentrated regional rotation with short-term timing.
NutHow it works
It’s a simple “winner takes all” switch. Each time it checks, it looks at the last 30 days of performance for two stock funds: - ILF: big Latin American companies (mostly Brazil and Mexico). - IEUR: broad developed Europe companies. If ILF did better, it holds 100% ILF; otherwise 100% IEUR (ties go to IEUR). A ~5% band avoids tiny trades.
CheckmarkValue prop
Adds diversification and downside protection vs the S&P: 0.62 beta, 16.6% max drawdown (vs 18.8%), smoother volatility, and 9.3% OOS return. Accept lower upside in exchange for a more resilient, less correlated sleeve.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
