The strategy pools cash across a basket of Bitcoin-related assets (coins, miners, and crypto/blockchain ETFs). It then ranks those assets by short-term performance and picks the top one. It only moves forward with that pick if Bitcoin-related ETFs show an uptrend (50-day price moving average above 200-day). If the uptrend isn’t present and risk conditions are met (e.g., BITO’s drawdown exceeds 10% in the last 30 days), it hedges by including BITI (short BTC ETF) to reduce risk.
