If yes, put ~30% into the single Bitcoin‑linked name with the strongest recent gains; keep the rest in cash. Otherwise, use a simple stock playbook: if indexes look overheated (RSI>80) buy volatility (UVXY); if tech looks washed‑out (RSI<31) buy 3x tech (TECL); else rotate by trend among big‑tech leverage (BULZ), oil up/down (DBO or SCO), staples (XLP), or inverse tech (SQQQ/TECS). RSI = 0–100 “heat.”
