This strategy splits money across many mini-strategies and checks them every day. Most of them ask: Is the U.S. stock market healthy, overheated, falling, or panicking? If things look good, they often buy aggressive tech funds like TQQQ. If danger rises, they move into short-term Treasury funds, bond funds, market hedges, or funds that profit when stocks fall. So in plain English: it tries to chase upside in tech, but it also has lots of escape hatches when markets look risky.
