About

A daily, rules-based “traffic light” that rides tech booms with leveraged Nasdaq (TQQQ), shifts to Treasuries or cash when stress rises, and can hedge or short via inverse/volatility funds. It uses simple signals—trend, overbought/oversold, and drawdowns—to switch positions.
NutHow it works
Each day it reads a few “dashboard” lights: - RSI (0–100 heat gauge): very high = overheated; very low = washed‑out. - Moving averages: price vs 20–40–200 day averages to spot uptrends/downtrends. - Drawdown: biggest recent drop. If trend is healthy, it rides tech using TQQQ/TECL. If fear spikes or gains look too hot, it parks in T‑bills (BIL) and hedges (VIXY/BTAL) or shorts (SQQQ/TECS). If bonds lead, it shifts to Treasuries (TMF/TLT/IEF). On sharp drops, it may buy the dip in TQQQ.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample annualized return ~99% vs S&P ~22%; Sharpe ~1.70 vs ~1.31; Calmar ~2.85. Dynamic, regime-based rotation between leveraged tech and hedges delivers superior upside and risk-adjusted performance versus the S&P.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
