This strategy checks the market every day. When big U.S. stock trends look healthy, it leans into aggressive tech-focused funds like Nasdaq, semiconductors, and large growth stocks. When markets look too hot, too weak, or too volatile, it shifts toward cash-like Treasury funds, defensive sectors, bonds, gold, or even funds that rise when stocks fall.
