About

A fast, rule‑driven strategy: ride tech‑led uptrends with leveraged ETFs, but quickly hedge or move to T‑bills when markets look overheated or volatile. Uses VIX funds, inverse ETFs, bonds, gold, EM, and KMLM (managed‑futures) as diversifiers.
NutHow it works
Daily, it asks: 1) Is the market rising (above its long‑term average)? 2) Are prices “too hot” or “too cold” using RSI—a quick gauge of recent speed; high=overheated, low=oversold. If uptrend and not overheated, it owns fast movers like TQQQ/TECL/SOXL. If overheated or fear (VIX) jumps, it shifts to crash‑airbags (UVXY/VIXY), inverse funds, bonds, or T‑bills. It also rotates to gold and KMLM (trend‑following futures) when they lead.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample, this rule-driven strategy beats the S&P on risk-adjusted returns with a smoother drawdown via levered tech exposure in uptrends, rapid hedges in heat/volatility, and diversified sleeves (bonds, gold, KMLM).

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
