This strategy first asks: is the US stock market healthy? If not, it hides in bonds. If yes, it splits between two ideas: a growth sleeve that prefers aggressive stock funds when tech is leading, and a second sleeve that rotates among energy, commodities, bonds, gold, dollar, and defensive funds based on recent trends and market stress. It constantly checks for overheating, dips, crashes, and volatility spikes to reduce risk.
