This strategy splits money across several mini-strategies focused on emerging markets, China, the Middle East, South America, and U.S. tech. It checks whether markets look strong, weak, overheated, or unusually beaten down. If a country or sector looks attractive, it buys it. If not, it rotates into bonds, cash-like funds, defensive sectors, or even funds that rise when stocks fall.
