This strategy constantly checks whether the stock market looks strong, weak, overheated, or washed out. If markets are healthy or have just fallen hard, it often buys aggressive funds tied to the S&P 500, technology, or semiconductors. If markets look too hot or risky, it moves into bonds, Treasuries, or sometimes bearish funds that rise when stocks fall.
