RSI is a 0–100 “hot/cold” meter of recent price speed (high = overheated, low = washed‑out). - Risk‑on: use growth funds (often 2x/3x S&P/Nasdaq/tech like SSO/UPRO, TECL/SOXL). - Overheated or downtrend: rotate to bonds (BND), long Treasuries (TMF), or inverse hedges (e.g., SQQQ). - Small side sleeves: gold and China.
