This strategy checks the market every day and asks: are stocks rising steadily, getting too overheated, falling hard, or turning scary? If conditions look healthy, it may buy aggressive stock funds, often focused on big U.S. stocks or tech. If markets look too hot or risky, it often moves to bonds or Treasury-bill cash funds. In rough markets, it can also use hedges that rise when stocks fall. It sometimes adds gold or defensive sectors like consumer staples.
