A daily, rules‑based “risk‑on/risk‑off” rotation. Chases strength in bull trends (often leveraged tech), and defends in stress with cash, Treasuries, gold, KMLM (managed futures), or inverse/volatility hedges. High turnover; best in tax‑advantaged accounts; big swings possible.

Each day it checks: 1) trend (is the S&P 500 above its 200‑day average?), 2) “hot/cold” readings (RSI: a 0–100 score of how stretched recent moves are), and 3) volatility spikes. In uptrends it rotates into the strongest areas (often tech/semis, sometimes 3× funds like TQQQ/TECL/SOXL). In stress it moves to cash (BIL), Treasuries (TLT/TMF), gold, or KMLM (a managed‑futures ETF), or uses inverse/vol funds. Several mini‑systems vote; the top 2 are held and sized smaller if bumpy.
